Ihealth app

This is going to sound weird but I can’t find my ihealth app on my new iPad Air (3). I use it for a lot of reasons, one being tracking healt information on MyNetDiary. On my old iPad my iPhone, Apple Watch and iPad all synced the information. Now the info from my watch goes only to my phone.

Can anyone help me with this? I’ve searched the net and support on MyNetDiary.

Health App + Activity App I was wearing my apple 5 watch this morning and it was tracking my steps. I took it off and accidentally left it at home when I went out this afternoon, but my Health app on my iPhone XR was tracking my afternoon steps. When I got home this evening and put the watch back on it resumed with tracking my steps, but it does not recognize the afternoon steps that were tracked by the phone. When I look at the Activity app on both my phone and my watch, they have no data for the afternoon. How do I fix this so all my steps (regardless of what device they were tracked on) will show in both the Health app and the Activity app on both devices? Thanks so much!

My Health App I do not see My Health App on my apple watch. I went for a walk today, and I would like that data synched with the Activity app on my apple watch as I was not wearing my watch but I was carrying my iphone.
