Cannot access Apple TV+ and other..

Hello everyone,

I recently bought an iPad Pro and made a new Apple ID with it, and I came across a problem with apps like Books, Apple TV+ and iTunes. The problem is that every time I open Apple TV app on the iPad, there is nothing, it’s just a blank page and I cannot click on anything. Same thing is with iTunes and the Book App is not offering anything else but Apple device guides. I thought that it is because of my location (I live in Iceland but I am now in Czechia for a few days) but on my older device everything worked like it should. I will be glad for any suggestion on how to fix this. Thank you.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.      


You are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.


Apple Support Contact.    


Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.


Apple Support by e-mail or chat.
