I’m using the iPhone 8 Plus which is updated to IOS 13.6.1. When I receive a notification while listening to music or watching videos, the volume of the song drops slightly for the notification sound to alert me and then gets "stuck" in a low volume. Has anybody else had this problem? Can someone give suggestions on how to permanently fix this problem?

Thanks for your post! We understand that when a notification comes in while listening to music, the audio will drop and remain low. Does the issue occur while listening to music on several different apps, or just one app? If the issue is affecting one app, try removing the app, then reinstalling. Follow the 'Reinstall the app' portion of the article below.
