Deauthorize previous computers

Unfortunately, I do not have access to my previous laptops/desktops to deactivate my iTunes. Is there another way to do that without having the physical laptops/desktops?

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community. You need a computer running iTunes to use the deauthorize all command. If you have no access to a computer at all then you could potentially ask Apple Support to do it for you.
