Why can't I get Chat support?
I have a Mac Mini running Catalina. I bought it in December last year.
I have a problem with Time Machine. I raised it on this forum but no-one had an answer. I was advised to try Chat support.
I tried that, and got this notice:
"It looks like your product is not covered for complimentary technical support."
Is that correct? When I was setting up my Mini I also had TM problems and I got a lot of Chat support. What has changed? Can anyone advise me please?
