Canva Pro Subscription paid but not recorded on developer

I started using Canva with a monthly subscription, and I started enrolling for yearly Aug 6th

Invoice received and my bank statement show a debit transaction for it on Aug 6th

I have been using it until Aug 22nd and suddenly everthing went basic. I keep restarting my apps, and finally I contacted Canva on Aug 24th and they said there are no data of my account (email) with any subscription for Canva Pro, and they asked for an Apple Receipt ID, I found it and I email them back. Canva haven’t been responding to any of my emails since 26th and I tried to contact Apple to get a refund, figuring that I would just refund it and re subscribe, but they said I need to contact the developer.

I need to use the app badly, so I tried to resubscribe it again but my Canva Account said error happened and the app store said the new subscription i try to make will only be active after my current subscription is finished, Mar 2021


Anyone can tell me what to do ???

It sounds like you purchased a subscription through the App Store, but it is not showing within the app. We can definitely understand your concern. We have some steps you can try to resolve this issue while waiting to hear back from the developer.


Learn how to troubleshoot your in-app purchases: If you don't see your in-app purchases.


Double check your subscription here: See or cancel your subscriptions.


If following those steps don't work, the developer will need to be contacted again to get this issue resolved.

Mounika from Apple have replied back my email and canceled my subscription, issue a refund to me which I should be receiving within 30 days


I have already re-subscribe to Canva Pro but this time I ignore the discount they offer and just take a monthly plan

Canva did not reply to me at all until this very day

Before the problem was solved, I tried every way this forum tried to tell me, going to apple support apps, going to the report problem with apple website, finally this forum, I did not know which one actually kicks in, but pretty much I tried all way possible and by doing so, giving the time span of what really happened and evidences as of screen shots
