Hive app missing in mobile data

Just installed Hive app on my iPhone SE 1st edition - iOS 13.6.

the app works fine over WiFi but is not showing in the list of apps available for mobile data selection.

how can I fix this?

Some applications are not working with mobile data. Good evening to whoever responds, Some of my apps on my phone doesn't work on mobile data, such as: Youtube Discord Snapchat Twitter Google Chrome has SafeSearch automatically locked. and others apps on my phone. I tried to turn off and on my mobile data, reset my phone, network reset my phone, my airplane mode is off. All these options and the problem still persists. Is there any way that I can have these apps actually connect and have them work on mobile data?
