hiw do i get my phkne back under my control

My phone’s software has been upgraded to iPhone 12 by a person with a Mac Sierra. The message on my phone says third party controls my phone. I have about five devices and six different cellular companies on my phone. Third party uses the companies at different times. How can I get my phone back to factory strings? Mac IOS High Sierra is the hacker in my ohone. He is bleeding me dry. Opening up accounts at stores, emptying the cards on my acct. including bank. Please someone tell me what to do. Apple has done nothing.

Yes. I downloaded virus app and it said corrupt phone. Then it sent a detailed criminal file to FBI Overseas and Google. Google is doing Nothing. Law Enforcement including FTC and FCC is on it. My phone was locked down by app., I have a lot of names. They are copyrighting apps under everyone’s Developers page. It is serious. It is a group of people. They are stealing Developers masters’ and selling them as theirs all of the world. I cannot get Apple to remove the devices that the help put on. It is all in my voicemail.
