How to save the files from the app "Voice Memos" to an external hard drive?

I have more than 100 recordings in the app "voice memos".

Does someone know how to save my recordings to an external hard drive? The files are on my MacBook and on my iPhone, but I can't find the folder with the files in the iCloud. Does anyone have an idea how to save the files without selecting every single file on the Mac and send every single file to my E-Mail account?

Try -- Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support.

But this I have to do with every single one? I have more than 100 recordings, that would last some time.

Is there no way to select all files in the Voice Memo app? Normally on Mac we can select more than one files at the time with the command key, but in this app it is not working.

I don't believe you can transfer them in bulk unfortunately.
