I have an Iphone 7 that I would like to reset but I have my Ipad connected to it. So I am wondering if I reset my iphone will I lose all my pictures that have been shared with my Ipad?

Resetting one device will not affect data on another device. Also, you can do all of the steps in the following and it will not affect data on other devices: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
