Is anyone else suddenly having problems sending group messages on iPhone 8?

Started having problems sending messages to android users (SMS) and MMS users (IPhones) - everything worked two days ago. Used the following page for diagnostics but the write up seems to not be correct. The write up from Apple was dated a day or so ago - leading me to believe this is a new issue.

You contact your cell phone provider and let them know, MMS is their feature, not Apples.

Appreciate the response - trying to figure out who to contact at ATT and how to report - it's difficult to explain and report. We are also looking to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue and has fixed it.


What is puzzling is the support article was published Aug 20 - 2020. Makes us think this is happening to others. Maybe someone has figured it out.

It just states it was updated, doesn't mean it is happening to others, if it was they would still need to contact their phone carrier, MMS has nothing to do with Apple. You call whomever you an reach at AT&T.
