Can’t install iTunes

I bought a MacBook Pro 2019, it doesn’t have iTunes and I can’t installed it. It’s said it requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier to installed? Why can’t newer versions install iTunes? Help please.

TV App and Music App:

iTunes is not usable on your Mac, if it has Catalina or after installed:

TV App is used for:

  • Movies
  • TV Shows

Music App is used for:

  • Music
