Today when I opened my emails in iCloud, all my emails in my Inbox from 22-April-2020 to 28-August-2020 have disappeared. There has not been any changes or updates to my computer or iPhone or iPad or any other device. Is it possible to retrieve these missing emails, if so, how. Thank you
Hi zinacef, thanks for your reply. The missing emails are not in any of my other folders, including Trash, Junk, Archive. I have 63 gigabytes available. I made some eBay purchases in July 2020 and the receipts of acknowledgment from eBay were sitting in the Inbox. These confirmations of purchase are part of the missing emails. A search for these eBay confirmation emails in all my email folders was unsuccessful. Therefore I know that the missing emails have not been accidentally put into another folder.
Did you check the Trash folder? Did you have enough iCloud storage space as well?
