AirPods pausing when I move

They pause my music if I move around too much! I have reset them but the warranty is over. Ideas?

Hey eileenfromdecatur,

We see that your AirPods pause when you move around too much, and we'd like to help!

You did an awesome job going through the steps of resetting your AirPods. When you move around, it's possible that your AirPods might hang out of your ear. Since the Ear Detection can be sensitive, you can try disabling 'Automatic Ear Detection', and see if it makes a difference.

To disable this feature, go to Settings > Bluetooth > locate your AirPods from the list and select the 'i' icon next to it > disable 'Automatic Ear Detection'. You can find more information about this here: Adjust the settings of your AirPods

Let us know if this helps!

Warm regards.
