Lost details when connect to Dell U2713H monitor via HDMI

Just bought new Mac mini. Use Dell U2713H monitor connected to HDMI port. Resolution looks fine (2560x1440), but display lost details. please help. Thanks

HDMI port can be hit or miss -- please go to "System Preferences" --> "Displays" --> in "Display" tab

Please double check by selecting "Scaled" to see if it is really "2560x1440"

Then switch to "Best for display" to confirm your intended resolution.

I believe you will find "underscan" -- see below the link:
