Problem with CarPlay

Hi,

yesterday I updated my iPhone 11 pro Max to version 13.7.

Today when I got in the car and connected the iPhone to the CarPlay the picture was smeared ..

I add a picture of the screen.

I tried to replace the cable and still the problem remained ..

Then I connected another iPhone with a different version and everything worked fine .. My vehicle is a Mercedes cla 180 2016

We understand you are having some problems with using CarPlay on your iPhone 11. We are happy to look in to this with you.


Since noticing this issue, have you restarted your iPhone yet? If not, we would recommend trying that and then connect it to your car again to see if the issue remains:

How to connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your car


If the issue remains, we would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your CarPlay enabled device in your vehicle to see if there is are steps or firmware updates to ensure compatibility with iOS 13.7
