Backlight Display

Hi, my son's laptop started to have problems. The screen shows some horizontal lines which get worse the more time he uses his computer. Since all his work is online I must get it fixed as soon as we can.

I read more about backlight display failing in the 2016 generations of the Macbook Pro.


I must ask, Even if it is 2020 Is the computer still eligible for the Service program?

(the computer model is the 2016 one)
