Does Open Anyway still work for everybody using 10.15.6
I'm not getting the "Open Anyway" button option in Security Preferences when I try to start a new app I downloaded.

It is different now. If an application is not signed, you need to start it in a different way but ONLY the first time you use it (afterwards you can just double click to launch, or whatever method you prefer).
Control-click the application in the Finder and from the contextual menu choose Open. The dialog window you get will have an extra button that says “Open”.
