Unable to update Apps

I've got five apps that have an update available, and have a flag. When I select to update I get an error "Cannot Update App ; "Garage Band" cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID."


This is for iMovie, Garage Band, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers - all Apple apps. I've never had a different Apple ID I'm unsure of how to clear this issue, and insight would be greatly appreciated.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15
