I bought a iphone 7 from my friend and it brought me to activation lock he doesn't remember the icloud for the phone or the screen lock how do I get in to it

You are going to need your friend's Apple ID and Password to Activate that iPhone. Nothing else can be done.
If he doesn't remember the Apple ID and Password then have him try the following-
