limitation of attacted file (mail client on iphone)

Dear Customer Support

Our client users use mail application on iphone/ipad (include iphone X, 11...with newest iOS version) to connect to own exchange email server. But they can't attach file that its size bigger than 25MB (they use webmail can attach up to 45MB). The limitation of file size attach is about 25MB, isn't it? And how to extend this?

thanks & regards.

With Mail Drop, you can send attachments up to 5 GB in size. You can send these attachments right from Mail on your Mac, the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and from iCloud.com on your Mac or PC. All files types are supported and attachments don't count against your iCloud storage.
