How can I write a review for a macOS Catalina app on the App Store? It doesn't make sense to write a review on my iPhone since IOS and macOS apps are not, at the moment, the same thing. Thanks.

On your Mac, goto the App Store. Search for the concerned app.
On the App information page, scroll down to the review section - where you see the other reviews already submitted. Just there there is a link: Write a Review
