Two 1080p monitors to MacBook pro

Here is what I have

MacBook Pro: 13-inch, 2019, four thunderbolt 3 ports

Processor: 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Memory: 16GB

Monitors: NOT YET PURCHASED but thinking

Samsung SH650 Series 27 inch FHD 1920x1080 Desktop Monitor for Business, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB Hub, VESA mountable, 3-Year Warranty (S27H650FDN)

In my research I saw a device that connected two HDMI monitors to a mini dock

Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Mini W/Thunderbolt 3 Cable (Thunderbolt Dock for MacOS and Windows USB-C Laptops, Dual 4K @60Hz, 40Gbps Transfer Speeds)

I am VERY open to suggestions but do want two 27inch monitors + my laptop monitor all working together :)

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.14
