Removing embedded artwork from mp3 files?

Off to beddy-byes soon so hoping for an answer when I get up tomorrow! I recently downloaded a couple of albums that appear to have embedded artwork. This is fine in my car and on my Macbook. However, I use a USB in my Roberts iStream 94 radio. The track listing appears twice which I assume is the due to the embedded artwork as the first set of listings don't play. This is really annoying as I have to scroll through to find the first track. Is it possible to remove the embedded artwork?
