how do i view in app purchases on my children's accounts

An in app charge was posted to my american express card on file. I don't recognize the charge and did not authorize my children to purchase anything. how do i view In-app purchases

on my account?

i haven't been seeing any billing info on what my kid charged using my card on a third party app. Isn't it absurd that apple would not send you the receipt when your card is being used? in-app purchase was not made on my child's device and never recieved item pruchased and billed to my credit card! I had a fist full of gems purchased in Clash Royal, but my son's device was "put away" for the day, and the gems never showed up in his account but my credit card was still billed. How do I go about dealing with this issue?

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
