New iPhone 11 - apps won’t connect to the internet

Hi,

I have a brand new iPhone 11 but some apps will not connect to the internet. A lot of the main apps - Facebook, Instagram, Safari etc. are working fine but many other apps will not connect. I get a pop up when I open them asking to allow internet access but after clicking “WLAN & Mobile” they still won’t connect. Any advice welcome! Thanks
