Missing 1 Year Promotion
I just bought a new Macbook Pro (2020), but the 1 yr. promotion is not showing up via the apple TV app? I know it is registered with apple because I have apple-care.

Verify that you signed in for the Apple TV app, using the Account menu.
If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
