Missing 1 Year Promotion

I just bought a new Macbook Pro (2020), but the 1 yr. promotion is not showing up via the apple TV app? I know it is registered with apple because I have apple-care.

Apple TV 1-year subscription option is not available in order to register on Apple TV app there is no option to register utilising the promo of 1-year free. Instead on the offers section it presents only the 7day free trial. how can I activate the offer? I have purchased a MacBook Air (2019) last week.

Apple tv plus promotion I received an apple tv plus promotion for a year when I purchased my Sony TV signed up anytime of purchase and it is not working. What do I need to get my promotion.

Verify that you signed in for the Apple TV app, using the Account menu.

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
