iPhone storage and car not syncing

I’m out of storage and need to figure out how to add more storage to my phone. I’m not sure if that is the reason why my car although still synced to my phone is no longer playing my music from my phone

There is no way to do that. Either clean up your storage or purchase a replacement iPhone.
