iPhone XS battery question

I have opened a brand-new iPhone XS on the 18th of August. And i just charge the phone for 2 hours in the morning daily 8-10am. The battery health off the phone is already down to 97%, now is this normal because I’ve been using this phone only for probably less than 30 days and it’s already down to 97%. Is it normal?

I’ve previously used an iPhone 8 and I know that it almost ticket 2-3 months for the battery to come down to 99% health. What can I do
