Battery Health

I have an iPhone 11, which is 11 months old. Is it normal to have an 89% battery health? I usually don’t let it reach 20%. Only for 30 days I have been using my phone extensively but before I do not let it reach 30% then I charge it

Q:

Battery health

i bought this phone (iPhone 11) in November 2019. The battery health is gradually dropping. In July it was 91 percent, on 22nd September 89 percent, 28th September 88 percent and 4th October 87 percent. What is going on?

am i charging it wrong?

coconut battery says 314 charge cycles have happened - what does that mean and how do I slow it down?

apple india is of no support - they just keep sending articles with no real help - I have 6 different case IDs with them and talk to them twice a month and they refuse to fix the phone as it’s not showing service battery.

can someone pls help me?
