Hi,
My iPhone XS Max disconnects from the WiFi every time I am on FaceTime. Why is that?

Well, we can’t answer “why”, but here is some troubleshooting help:
- Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
- Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
- If your iPhonewon’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
Also note that Wi-Fi will turn off if the phone locks (unless it’s plugged in), so you must keep it unlocked. A video FaceTime call will do this.
