how to complaint about a terrible expirence

Today i tried to trade in my iPhone X. When a staff trying to take off my screen protector they lifted my screens. They refuse to admit the fault and refuse my trade in although my iPhone function perfectly. I diced to organize my mind and write my experience as a complaint letter but I could not find a proper contact information and division to submit

A. Contact Apple Support:

These are user-to-user forums. You are not speaking with Apple here. So, no one here has any say on customer experiences. Using the Apple Feedback links will not work for this, nor will these forums. So, contact Apple Support directly.


B. Contacting Apple Support:


C. Look on the Receipt:

I have not been to an Apple Store in a bit, but perhaps there is a Customer Service number to call about this, found on the back of the receipt.
