How do I delete photos and videos from my camera roll when my storage is full?
It also doesn’t let me play videos or look at pictures. Help me!

Start with a forced reboot of your device. it appears that you cannot do anything at all Force reboot device - Apple Support
Then go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings. this does not delete data
