Issues forwarding an email to a contact in iOS/iPadOS

Hi, I cannot seem to be able to forward an email to one of my contacts. When pressing plus in the address field of the email the contact is found but the name is greyed out and I can’t select it.

mail crashes when trying to open a draft containing a ticket for wallet All, iPhone 14 is up to date. I wanted to forward an email containing tickets for the Apple wallet. However, when I tried it, Mail crashes / quits. Now the draft email is at the bottom of the mail screen, and every time I try to open the email, the mail application crashed / quits? Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). I cannot send iMessage (blue bubble) to myself using my iPhone. There is no issue with sending iMessages to all my other contacts, the only issue is with sending to myself when using my iPhone X with iOS 16.0.2 installed. I am able to send iMessages (blue bubble) from my MBP 2015 and 2021 versions all the time with no issues. After syncing, my iPhone X shows MBP iMessage with blue bubbles. How to fix and keep it fixed? I've tried restarting, signing out/in to iCloud, disable/enable iMessages on both iPhone and MBP. Help! Paul

Hi, jakub221.

It sounds like you're unable to forward emails to just one contact as you're unable to select them.

Is this contact part of a group that is associated an email service such as Gmail, Exchange, Yahoo, etc.?

Are you able to log into the web mail version of this account that you're trying to send from via browser? If so, are you able to forward the email that way? The steps here may help you out.
