System Preferences sometimes seems to lock up

[Actually using an SE2, but there's no menu option for that device]

I'm noticing that System Prefs on my iPhone, if I open it when it's already been launched, will seem to lock up. Sometimes for 10 seconds; sometimes for 30 seconds; sometimes I have to quit the app and relaunch it.

Anyone else seeing this? I sent feedback to Apple but that doesn't usually lead to a response.
