IPhone 7

Suddenly and unexpected, my iPhone 7 stopped working. It froze, so I restarted the phone. It never started again, it is stuck in boot sequence. I can only see the Apple logo on the screen. I have tried restarting the phone - to no effect. I have consulted the Apple home page for trouble shooting. I have followed the guidelines, but I only managed to get a diagnostics screen. The phone says I need to get support. What am I to do now? I am basically handicapped, in the sence that nobody, even you, cannot phone me.

You can make an appointment at an Apple Store and get hands on support or you can contact Support and communicate via email or chat. Also, you could ask a neighbor/family/friend to borrow their phone so you could call Support.
