Touch Bar not working in bootcamp Windows

Hi,

I recently installed Windows 10 home edition (64 bit) bootcamp on an external SSD. I ran the bootcamp drivers setup (windows support software) and in the device manager I updated all the missing or non working drivers. I rebooted.

However, Touch Bar is still not working. Its not showing up at all. The whole bar is dark. I went to device manager but there is no mention of touch bar or any issues. I checked the devices one by one.

I the updated the graphics card driver from the amd official site rebooted and nothing.

Its not recognizing my Touch Bar nor updating any drivers. Windows update was run several times

Can you please help? I am really struggling with this one
