Unable to update my iPad Mini

I tried multiple times to update my ipad mini , but unfortunately i'm getting an error and that is-The iPad "iPad" could not be restored. An unknown error occured (4005) .

Can someone help please.

I rebooted my comp and the mini just shops with a cord and a box and a support.apple.com/restore on it. Tried that link but is went nowhere
