I've lost my "rocket" icon that shows all the apps on my MacBook Pro. Using Catalina v10.15.6.

Previous older posts say it should be in the applications folder in the favorites section of Finder.

I don't see it there.

Anyone know where I might get it back to my desktop

That's Launchpad, and it should be in your Applications folder, and you can drag it to the dock. You can also simply search for it (click the spotlight 'magnifying glass' icon at the top right of your screen, type "launchpad" and it will show up as a Top Hit, and you can just drag it right from the search results window to your dock).
