ios 14 isnt showing up

It apparently was my VPN that was stopping me from seeing IOS14 and upgrading. Once I disconnected from the VPN I was able to upgrade and this upgrade had worked fine for me.

Everyone who has the ios 13.7 beta installed won't get the latest update until you remove it.

Go to settings>general>profiles>tap the ios13.7 profile> delete it

Go back to software update and ios 14 should be right there. Worked for me

If you guys have 13.7 beta profile you have to remove it from your Phone and it will be available...

1. Launch the  Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap General
3. Tap Profiles
4. Tap iOS Beta Software Profile.
5. Tap Remove Profile.
6. Enter your passcode if prompted and tap Delete once more.
7. Shut off iPhone/iPad
8. Turn Back on then update should be available

Just wait.

2 Days later... just checked and it needed to update to 13.7, so I let it, but today still no 14 updates available and the update screen.. it has changed to only say Customize Automatic Updates > Download iOS Updates & Install iOS Updates toggles... and 13.7 is up to date... odd

The iPhone 6s is updatable to iOS 13 at least.

Did you make sure the seller carried out the steps outlined here when they sold you the phone?

I have an iPhone 8. Software update is 13.7 and says I’m current. I do not have Profiles option available when I go into Settings/General so I am assuming I have no beta profile that needs to be deleted. I turned my phone off to see if that might help...it did not. Any other suggestions?
