my ios 14 download option isn’t showing up on my iphone 7 ? i have ios 13.7 and it says it’s up to date? any help?

I can’t get iOS 14 but my iPhone says it’s updated already to iOS 13.7
What will it do to my phone if I remove the profile? Will a new profile pop up after I update it ?

Same It says I don’t have anything In the device profile thing and when I go to update it it shows the red dot with a number saying I have an update but when I go and check it says I’m up to date with 13.6
It is being released today. In California there are still 20 hours of "today" left.
