my ios 14 download option isn’t showing up on my iphone 7 ? i have ios 13.7 and it says it’s up to date? any help?

the profile option shows up when you have installed a beta software. What version of ios do you have?
i haven't downloaded any beta versions and when i go to general to check profiles the option doesn't pop up assuming i dont have any profiles im currently on ios 13.6.1
It didn’t work
go To General then under VPN go to profile and remove ios13 profile. Restart phone and wait for about 5 minutes. Afterwards go to software update and download ios14
I have an Iphone 6s (new just bought a few months ago not second hand) and the IOS 14 update isn’t there it says “your software is up to date” and I’m on IOS 12.4.8
