problem of updating apps

I just got my Mac and there is update appeared on App Store I tried to update them but it says YOU CANT UPDATE THIS APP BECAUSE IT INSTALLED BY SOME OTHER Apple ID but I only have 1 ID what does it mean ?

What app is it?

In any case, one way to solve this is to delete the app. and reinstall it using your apple id.
