iOS 14 - clock widget Bug
The clock widget is displaying incorrect time. See the time at the upper left corner and the clock widget.
The Clock App is ok.
The Clock Widget (iOS 14) is buggy. Does not sync correctly.

Heres the instructions for a hard restart.
- iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
- iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold both the Top (or Side) button and the Volume Down buttons until you see the Apple logo.

My clock doesn't show the correct time, nor does the 2nd hand move, except right after I re-boot for a few minutes. Then it stops again. This is both on my 7SE and 7+
Been seeing this since iOS 14 landed in 14.0, 14.1, 14.2. Normal icon is fine. Widget with 4 clocks is fine. It’s just the widget with a single clock that’s the issue.

actual time is 4:17 pm but the widget froze at 9:50 am😤
