iPhone XR glitches after update 13.6/7

I recently updated my phone to 13.6 and immediately saw issues. First thing was my Bluetooth suddenly became unavailable.

Then my apps wouldn’t load...third and first party apps. I hard restarted the phone, no change. Updated to 13.7,

no change. I restored the phone. No change. I bought my phone March 2019. And have called and chatted with Apple multiple times. But since my phone keeps glitching (right button won’t work, cant hear phone calls, pages won’t load or will just quit) I’m having a very difficult time. very frustrated.
