Backing up 128GB iPhone on D drive

I need to Backup my 128GB iphone.

I had backed it up on a previous Desktop but have lost that data due to some hardware error in the Hard-disk.

I have not backed up the phone on my Laptop which has WIN 10 OS.

There is not enough space on C drive. What are the solutions to backup on D drive?

Can I select the D drive as a location while taking the backup through itunes?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

You can not change the destination of the iTunes backups on a computer. They are hard encoded to the C: drive. You will need to make room on your internal drive to facilitate the backup, OR use iCloud.
