Hi ,
Try to install MacOS on an MacBook Pro T2 chip the ssd was erased and the security is enable .
When I try the internet recovery on the screen I have an error :
apple.com/support-2101F
from the usb pen drive I can't boot because the security of T2 chip is enable and I can't deactivate until I reinstall the OS from recovery .

The computer is not getting in the recovery mode , I try this 10 times without luck .

Try a PRAM reset.
Try connecting the laptop directly to the router using an Ethernet cable and appropriate adapter for a faster more reliable connection and to bypass any WiFi issues.

Reboot your computer in Recovery Mode by holding Command-R from restart until you see the Apple logo, then when booted select Utilities menu > Startup Security Utility and set the External Boot setting to Allow booting from external media. Select Apple menu > Startup Disk, select the USB flash drive then click Restart.

Yeah, these Macs seem to retain the last boot option used and if the last option is bad or was aborted, then it will revert to it again and there is no way we can control it or see it occurring. I'm glad it ended up being something simple.
