After ios14 update my iphone 11 pro freeze if airpods2 connected

Hello I was having a serious issues with my phone freezing when I would connect my AirPods Pro’s so after constantly resetting resetting what I did was I disconnected my Apple Watch and the AirPods works fine .. the watch can’t connect to my phone at the same time so my AirPods are working but I can’t connect my Apple Watch or it will freeze up

i don’t know why your watch can’t connect at the same time as your phone, I’m sorry. But what I do is before opening my AirPods, I put my watch on airplane mode already, so that my airpods connect right away, and then just connect my watch again.

Hello guys so my husband and I just got ours and I FINALLY got it! So I think someone else same the same thing but just to give you a 2nd opinion. So basically once I turned my Bluetooth off I was able to connect the airpods. Once you you’ve connect them you can simply connect your watch back. I did take them out of my ear and put them back in the case and I was still able to stay connected to the watch & airpods so I think we found out solution guys.

Please give it to me please,i have a problem on my hand now, i mistakenly broke a man's IPhone 11 Max and i swear to you guys i'm broke and i don't even have IPhone to swap with,

The AirPod pro works fine when you put you Apple Watch on flight mode. After connecting with my iPhone I turned off the flight mode and they are working perfectly. Don’t know what’s the permanent solution for this problem.

Is there a fix yet for this problem without picking and choosing what product I want to take with me everyday when I leave home? I have a $250 useless set of headphones at this point for over 3 months

Iphone 12. Pro max, series 6 watch, air pods pro.

Same issues as above, freezes phone & wont play.

Tried the suggestions of reset & repair pods, ear piece set up & turn blue tooth on watch off.

While turning the watch bluetooth on, pairing/playing & then turning on works it renders my watch useless.

i use my watch for workouts that are tracked via watch workout/fitness + & it wont work with the airpods as arnt initiated via the phone

eg; apples new walking workouts with interviews wont play on airpods at all which means the only way i can listen/do them is with different headphones.

contacted apple for support & told them all of what i did & sent them this thread. All they suggested was I take them into a store to be looked at, which I cant do as there is none local to be & were in lockdown.

I am having the exact same issue. My iTunes freezes up and nothing will play when AirPod pros are connected. Seems to me it’s the latest update causing the issue.

Ever find a fix to this? Going through this identical problem. Phone and watch freezes after the update, when connected to airpods pro. Sucks big time.

14.2 didn't fix it either! I am having the exact same problems and wish I never would have updated my phone. If it ain't broke...don't try to fix it! The updates are useless!
