Hello, My iPhone 11 Pro Max won't turn off. The screen isn't frozen but no apps will open. My screen won't even go to sleep. I've tried holding down the power and volume button but nothing will work. Please help.

My iPhone 11 has frozen up after a face time call. What do I do to get it working again?
This is exactly what happened to my phone. The last time it happened I was able to restart my phone. But this time I think I will have to wait until its dead. I wish I knew why it happened.

my phone wont lock i cant tap on the app i can still slide done the search bar and everything else it wont let me turn it off or lock the screen
This worked for me! Do a Hard Reset on the phone it will shut it off!
