I want to use the widget photo but it says “ content not available “ so I clicked on it and the app says ( photo ) “photo scans your library to offer content curated for you connect your iphone to overnight to continue scanning “
1, overnight charging is not dangerous?

You may need more photos on your iPhone, before Photos will be able to find something interesting in your library to suggest in the "For You" section. The scan for people has to have finished and you need to name the people in the photos using the names from the Contact cards.
The scan for faces will only happen, when you are not using the Photos.app and the iPhone is connected to a power source, because the scan needs a lot of power. The iPhone will not be overcharged, if you use "Settings > Battery Health > Optimise Battery Charging".
